Welcome to Back to the Disaster! A blog centered around the pop-punk/emo scene of the early 2000's to today, for those of us who proved "it wasn't a phase".  A scene that is so dear to me that I wanted to create a community where those stuck in 2006 (hi, it's me) have a place to reminisce, share our favorite bands/songs, and discover new ones!  Lace up those chucks, get out your blackest eyeliner, and I'll  see you in the pit!
